Selection Way is an online educational platform founded and managed by Gagan Pratap Sir, designed to help students across India prepare for competitive government examinations including SSC, Railway (RRB), SSC GD, ALP, and related exams.

By using Selection Way, you confirm that:

- You are using the platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws
3. User Accounts
a) Registration
To access certain features such as Live Batches, Recorded Batches, and AI Tests, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration details
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
b) Account Security
Please notify us immediately at email if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Selection Way will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
c) Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.
4. Courses, Batches & Content
a) Access to Content
Upon enrollment in a Free, Live, or Recorded Batch, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for personal learning purposes only.
b) Content Ownership
All content available on Selection Way — including but not limited to video lectures, PDF notes, practice questions, AI tests, study materials, graphics, and course structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of Selection Way and Gagan Pratap Sir.
You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content
- Share your login credentials or course access with others
- Upload our content to any third-party platform, including YouTube, Telegram, or social media
- Use our content for commercial purposes or coaching institutes
c) Content Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, Selection Way does not guarantee that all content is error-free. Exam patterns and syllabi may change; students are advised to also refer to official exam authority notifications.
5. AI Tests & Tools
Selection Way offers free AI-powered mock tests and study tools. By using these:
- You acknowledge that AI-generated content is for practice purposes only and may not perfectly replicate actual exam patterns
- Test results and rankings are indicative and not a guarantee of actual exam performance
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any tool or test feature at any time without prior notice
6. Payments & Pricing
a) Paid Batches
Certain Live and Recorded Batches on Selection Way are paid. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
b) Payment Security
All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Selection Way does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
c) Pricing Changes
Selection Way reserves the right to change the pricing of any batch or service at any time. Price changes will not affect already completed purchases.
7. Refund Policy
a) General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once access to a batch or recorded course has been granted, refunds will not be provided under normal circumstances.
b) Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate payment)
- You did not receive access to the purchased batch within 48 hours of payment and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
c) How to Request
To request a refund under eligible circumstances, email us at within 7 days of the transaction with your payment details and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
8. Prohibited Conduct
By using Selection Way, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Impersonate Gagan Pratap Sir, any Selection Way educator, or any staff member
- Post or share offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in any community or discussion space
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the platform
- Share, sell, or distribute your account access or course content to others
- Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of Selection Way or Gagan Pratap Sir
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension and legal action if warranted.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, brand names, course content, videos, notes, and materials associated with Selection Way and Gagan Pratap Sir are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Selection Way content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selection Way, its founders, educators, and team members shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
- Loss of data, exam results, or career outcomes
- Technical disruptions, server downtime, or payment failures beyond our control
- Any harm resulting from reliance on content available on the platform
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, in accordance with applicable Indian law.
